My husband sustained a severe elbow injury. It got infected and he had to have emergency surgery after which he received IV antibiotics for several days. I have used the EASE device many times over the past 6 months for various reasons, but will share in detail an experience I had with my hamstring. I injured my hamstring while performing a yoga pose when I lost my balance. The pull was high up on the attachment which from past experience can take quite some time to heal because of lack of blood supply to that area. I immediately had difficulty walking and going up and down stairs and knew it was only going to get worse. I taped the EASE device near the attachment and ran it consecutively 2-3 times. Walking was a bit easier, but still hard to pull the leg through while walking. I continued throughout the day using the device. The next day I was able to go for a slow walk with some discomfort and again used the device off and on that day. I've tested the Sports Watch both in the Gym and when Rock Climbing. As the Elliptical Machine has levels of intensity, I found myself easily able to use 1-2 levels higher than I normally use (which is a big deal as I'm recovering from Chronic Fatigue). I also found my recovery was very good where normally I would be extra tired from that exertion. After trying the c.Balance myself with incredible results, I had to try the PET device on my very anxious, fearful Jack Russell. My horse has struggled with some hormone problems that lead to ups and downs in his energy levels as well as some overall anxiety.
