Tips For Using the c.Balance Boost Programs to Reduce Stress!
1 - Activate the 16-min Calm Boost program to calm stress and anxiety and bring the mind to a more peaceful and balanced state. Calm is also very helpful for getting back to sleep when waking at night.
>Run by pressing and releasing the front white button one time. The red light under ‘Calm’ on the face of the device will turn on and when completed, automatically turn off.
Calm can be run consecutively or throughout the day or night as needed, anytime, anywhere, until desired results are achieved.
2 - Activate the 16-min Sleep Boost program to reduce stress by getting a better night’s sleep. A good night’s rest is the best tool for giving the body stress relief and restoring the mind and body. Sleep is designed to help the whole mind and body prepare for more restful sleep.
>Run by pressing and releasing the front white button 2 times, consecutively, until the red light shows under ‘Sleep’ on the face of the device.
Sleep can be run as many times as desired before bedtime and turns off automatically when the program cycle is completed.
3 - Activate the 18-min Ease Boost program to help reduce the stress of any pain or discomfort. Ease is designed to help ease any type of pain, discomfort, inflammation and also supports tissue repair. Ease supports the whole mind-body pain connection. It helps calm and relax the mind which is intricately involved in the stress response of chronic or acute pain and or discomfort.
